I didn't know:
- How to display 2 different windows side by side so that I can be working with both of them. I did it by going to the View tab and under the window section i clicked on Arrange All
- How to package the entire presentation to a folder on the network so the presentation can be given on another computer even if the other computer does NOT have powerpoint installed. I did it by clicking the office button and clicked on publish and then clicked on copy to CD.
